Michele is the Managing Partner Ax Legal/Eiras Brazilian Joint Venture. She is a lawyer and certified accountant with over 20 years of hands-on experience helping companies with accounting, taxation, and business management. She began her professional career with large accounting firms where she worked with multi-national clients as Director of the International Tax Areas. In addition to having a law degree, Michele has a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Taxation. Now, she leads a team responsible for helping foreign companies with managing their businesses in Brazil.

She currently is the legal representative of over 30 international companies, many of which are technology and service companies from the United States, Australia, and Canada.

Throughout her impressive career, Michele has advised companies on tax structuring strategies, tax procedures, and compliance matters. She has considerable experience helping companies with their import and export procedures, managing accounting and back office teams, and advising on foreign investment into Brazil.
