Carlos Cottin is a Partner with over 15 years of experience in the mining industry, providing advice to foreign and national companies who are developing mining and exploration projects, including investment funds specialized in the industry.
With experience with due diligence reports on properties, structuring contractual agreements for mining exploration development, and mining joint ventures, Carlos is passionate about helping companies acquire and expand mining projects in Chile.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Carlos advises clients on bidding processes before public and private entities as well as assists with the negotiation of agreements with mining suppliers.
